Description
   Addressed to the Agudat ha-Rabonim in New York, R. Solomon David Kahane describes to the organization of setting up a data base to solve Agunah problems worldwide as a result of the Holocaust.

R. Solomon David b. Ben Zion Kahane (1868-1943) was rabbi and chief judge in Warsaw for over 50 years before emigrating to Erez Israel in 1940. An erudite rabbinic and talmudic scholar, he served the Jewish community with intelligence and dedication. The last years of his life were devoted to solving Agunah problems caused by the murderous Nazis.
