Description
Introductory work on the biblical books of Ezra and Nehemiah by R. Adolf Rosenzweig. There is a dedication to his father, Ahron Rosenzweig followed by the text in German with occasional Hebrew. The text is accompanied with scholarly footnotes and at the end of the book are endnotes.

Adolf Rosenzweig was a German rabbi, born Oct. 20, 1850, at Turdossin, Hungary, died 1918. He studied at the gymnasium at Budapest and at the rabbinical seminary of Presburg. After graduation he went to Berlin, where he studied philosophy and Oriental languages and literatures at the university, and theology at the Hochschule für die Wissenschaft des Judentums.
