Description
   Rules (similar to a constitution) of the organization called Kedem (which stands for the Foundation for Hebrew Culture) and also referred to as "Juedischer Kulturfonds" which was established in 1913. The directors of the organization were Menahem.M. Ussishkin (of Odessa), Dr. Hantke (of Berlin), Prof. Dr. Chaim Weitzman (of Manchester) , Dr. Shemaryahu Levin (of Haifa) , Nahum Sokolow (of Warsaw) , Avraham Podeleshevshi (of Warsaw) , Moshe Feldstein (of Warsaw) , and Dr. Yechiel Chilinov (of Moscow).

There are 7 sections. Section 2 lists 19 goals for the organization, including the first one - a renewal of the Hebrew language. Other goals include publishing books such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, and newspapers in the Hebrew language.
