Thursday, the 28th day of Menahem Av, 5718 [August 14, 1958], is designated to be a day of prayer and crying out to G-d.The poster mentions that after the morning Shemona Esrei, the Avenu Malkenu prayer is to be added, and in the afternoon, people should gather in synagogues for the reciting of Psalms and the prayers of a Yom Kippur Katan.
