Single sheet of paper, 144:224 mm., light age staining, creased, ink on paper.
A New Year's greeting, in Yiddish, handwritten and with drawn cherubs on each side of the text. It is addressed on the right to Freyda and Eizik and Nehama-le and on the left to Miriam, Shemuel and Nehama-le. The text is a Yiddish acrostic with the letters of the recipients' names being the first letters of each line of the poem, wishing the recipients of each side of the greeting joy and luck in the New Year.
The ink is a pale purple and the Yiddish words are vowelized.
