Description Information
   [1] p., 475:386 mm., split on folds, old tape repair on center fold(removed) has left stains and small cracks in the color. Covered in plastic, not removed for photos. Rare with illumination - Kouilvatam kettubot in public collections are not illuminated.
   Kettubah dated Wednesday, 10th of Shevet, 5681, for the marriage of the groom Isaac b. Elijah with the bride Penina b. Abraham (deceased), witnessed by the brother of the bride Elijah b. Abraham.

Upper section in square block Hebrew letters, lower in Eastern Hebrew script. Signatures are badly faded. Divided into two sections, the upper within a circle contains a lengthy superscription, the lower the kettubah proper. Upper section is enclosed in uncharacteristic double columns with flowing curtains of purple surrounding the text. A floral line frames and dissects the two sections. The entire kettubah is surrounded by purple and gray rectangles.
