Description		    Letter by R. Saul Barsam, elder son in law of the Steipler. He passed on at a young age and left a widow with 8 children. The Steipler, to provide the widow with sustenance gave her the exclusive righty to distribute his works title Kehilot Yaakov. The right is honored by the Steipler's son R. Hayyim.

R. Barsam was an erudite scholar and records novellae in the letter he heard from his father in law.
