   3-168 ff., 154:108 mm., 18-20 lines per page, Sephardic scipt, edges rounded, age stained, bound in contemporary full leather boards, wormed and rubbed. Lacks initial 3 pp.
Paragraph 1    We thank Prof. Joseph Abibi for his description of this lot. In his letter, reproduced below, he states that to date he has not seen a copy, of this rare work, as complete as this one.
   A commonly quoted yet unpublished manuscript. Ginat Betan, by R. Isaac b. Abraham Ha'Kohen of Morocco (d. c.1619), is a commentary on the 613 precepts and their relation to the Kabbalistic tree. The work contains several drawings to reflect the assimilation of the subjects.

R. Isaac b. Abraham Ha'Kohen was a student of the Moroccan kabbalist, R. Moses ben Maimon Albaz, author of Heikhal Kodesh. Very little is known about his life.
